Yes! Welcome to the first ever
West Coast Directors Communication Party
Los Angeles (July 8-11)

(check in is on Friday the 8th in afternoon with departure for Monday the 11th in the morning).

The goal of the this event will be 1.) Fun and Restoration with trusted peers. 2.) Getting input from your our directors on crucial matter impacting all levels of Chi Alpha. There will be sun, lots to eat, great discussion, fellowship and prayer.

There will not be super long boring meetings.
*
Our agenda for business will be very short BUT VERY, VERY important to the support and growth of your ministry and our movement. The rest of the time we'll have a variety of events planned with an easy going schedule that you can pick and choose from.
*
If you are a full-time directors or spouse from Chi Alpha Groups AZ, CA, HI, and NV I want you to be there (along with a few other special guests I am inviting).
*
There will be child care avalible and we will make sure the older kids have a great time together.

Winston Bui and the UCLA team have graciously offered to host and if there is one thing Winston does right, it's hosting. Word of warning. Diet before coming! We are working on a nice hotel right now and childcare is also in the hooper (although I humbly suggest that you pull some strings with Grandma if you can - to maximize relaxation mode). Here's the really big news.

Housing and most meals will be
covered for all those who register early.

Registration is only $20 for singles and $30 for couples (some slight programing costs). MOST MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED and again your HOTEL REGISTRATION is totally COVERED if you REGISTER BEFORE April 30th.

Here's the crucial part: We are securing a pre-paid block of rooms and one individual has pledged to cover the cost! HOWEVER, If you register and then do not show up we will need to charge you for your room so put this in ink on your calendar NOW.
